Lower Mid Rawakhola Hydro Electricity Project

LMRKHEP is a run-of-the-river hydropower project located in Rakha Bangdel and Sapteswor of Khotang District, Nepal. The project has a net head of 122.93 m and an installed capacity of 4.00 MW. Its estimated annual energy generation is 24.08 GWh, including 3.62 GWh dry energy. The project is being developed under the BOOT mechanism, and generated power is planned to be evacuated through the under-construction Baghshila Substation via an approximately 7 km, 33 kV transmission line.
